Rick is from Warwick and is active in the community, having served as a manager and sponsor at the Warwick Continental Little League and having been a coach and sponsor in the West Warwick Basketball League for several years.
Besides working as an attorney, Kerrin is a cross-trained country, west coast swing, hustle and ballroom dancer and DJ.
Richard Ethier is a graduate of Rhode Island College and has been a licensed claims adjuster in Rhode Island since 1985. He was employed at Allstate Insurance for 10 years as a claims representative evaluating and negotiating bodily injury and property damage claims. He also worked for several years in the Special Investigative Unit. He then spent 5 years at Nationwide Insurance as a claims representative before coming to Pollock Law Office more than 10 years ago.
Fran Pesce has been with Pollock Law Offices for more than 20 years. She was originally hired as a receptionist but her hard work and diligence with handling files resulted in her rapid promotions to legal assistant and ultimately to her current position as a Paralegal. Fran has extensive experience handling many types of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, dog bites and wrongful death claims. Her superior organizational skills, attention to detail and warm personality enable her to provide exceptional service to our clients and have made her a tremendous asset to our firm.
Tori has recently joined the Pollock Law team as our Secretary. Her friendly disposition and competence at all tasks in the office endear both her co-workers and clients.
